Our Services

Our team of trained professionals encapsulates the ethos of working together, favouring a person-centred model, that focuses on integrated networking, to provide a platform for young people to develop.  In addition to this,  we use motivational interviewing, strengths based perspective and task centred approach to engage young people to be part of all areas of decision making, pertaining to their lives.  We implement a tailored programme that includes therapeutic work, lifestyle, and well-being which supports their holistic placement plan.

Our placement plans, with the involvement of a professional network, are to promote psychological well-being and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Cocoon Support Services boasts Integrated Counsellor, Sports Coach, in-house Qualified Social Workers, Substance Misuse Practitioner, and a Systemic Family Practitioner to provide integral outcome focused intervention, if a young person is commissioned to have these services.

We work closely with all young people, aiming to achieve positive outcomes, which are measured and evidenced in their personalised monthly reports. Through this process, we collectively identify areas, review and adapt their placement plans where necessary. As an organisation, we pride ourselves on supporting young people to build on their growth, development, and goals, within a safe entrusted home.

Our homes offer young people an environment that is stable and supportive, where they can develop throughout the different stages during their stay. We adopt a range of theories that explores and caters to young people to formulate a individualised placement plan.
